Abstract

This paper presents a transient solution which is obtained analytically through processing the continued fractions the system size in an M/M/2 feedback queue with the possibility of catastrophes at services failures and repairs. Some key performance measures are deduced. Further numerical illustrations have been used to discuss the system performance measures.
