Application Of Hypothesis Tests To Compare The Means Of Two Normal Populations With Unknown Variances
Case Study Jumhouria And Wahda Banks in Zliten

This study aimed to utilize hypothesis testing to compare the mean responses of employees at Jumhouria and Wahda Banks regarding the impact of internal control on the quality of banking services during the year 2024. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to two samples of bank employees. A five-point Likert scale was used to estimate the response level for the questionnaire items. The data was analyzed using hypothesis testing for the means of two samples from normal populations with unknown variances, through the SPSS statistical analysis program. The results of this study indicated that there is an impact of internal control on the quality of banking services for both bank samples, as there was no difference between the mean responses of employees at Jumhouria and Wahda Banks on the internal control axis.
