Requirements for Submission of Manuscripts
1. Manuscript Preparation & Submission
To ensure the manuscript is accepted for the peer-review process, authors must fulfill the following requirements:
- Format & Template: Submit an electronic copy of the research in Word format, strictly adhering to the journal's official template.
- Forms & Declarations: Attach a written pledge to abide by the journal’s publishing standards, along with a clear declaration of no conflict of interest.
- Submission Method: Files must be submitted via the online journal system (OJS) or through the official email: [email protected].
2. Initial Screening & Originality
Upon receipt, each manuscript is assigned a unique ID number for all future correspondence. The editorial board conducts an initial screening to verify:
- Compliance with the journal's scope and technical formatting.
- Scientific originality using the iThenticate software.
3. Peer Review & Evaluation Process
Manuscripts passing the initial screening are sent to specialized reviewers (double-blind). Reviewers are given a 15-day deadline to submit their evaluation reports.
Acceptance Criteria & Decisions:- No manuscript will be accepted unless it achieves a minimum score of 65% on the evaluation form.
- Possible Decisions: Accept / Minor Revisions / Major Revisions / Reject.
- The manuscript is returned to the author for required revisions. If the author refuses the reviewer's required changes, the editorial board makes the final decision.
4. Publication Priorities
Following final acceptance, priority for publication in the upcoming issue is determined by:
- ✔ Prompt completion of the peer review and revision process.
- ✔ Diversity of research fields to accommodate a broader range of authors.
- ✔ Priority given to topics of urgent relevance or high local significance.
