Submission Guidelines

I. General Policies and Academic Integrity

General Policy

  • - A peer-reviewed, open-access journal published under the CC BY 4.0 license.
  • - Authors must submit original, unpublished research not under review elsewhere.
  • - Authors are fully responsible for any copyright or intellectual property issues.

Authorship & Funding

  • - Names listed in order of contribution (main contributor first).
  • - All sources of financial or institutional support must be disclosed.
  • - Projects and shared data usage must be explicitly stated.

Ethical & Academic Integrity

  • - Plagiarism, data fabrication, and duplicate publication lead to immediate rejection/retraction.
  • - iThenticate is used. Submissions with a similarity exceeding 20% will be desk-rejected.
  • - Authors guilty of misconduct will be banned from future submissions.

II. Manuscript Formatting

Page Setup & Margins
  • Microsoft Word (.docx) format on A4.
  • Margins: 5 cm on all sides.
  • Paragraph Indentation: 1 cm.
  • Maximum length: 25 pages.
Fonts & Spacing
  • English: Times New Roman (12 pt).
  • Arabic: Simplified Arabic (14 pt).
  • Headings must be Bold.
  • Line spacing: 1.5 for both languages.
Tables, Figures & Pagination
  • Integrated within the text with clear numbering and titles.
  • Table font: 12 pt.
  • Page numbers: Centered at the bottom (Times New Roman 12).

III. Paper Structure Requirements

  1. Title Page: Max 15 words (16 pt Bold), Author Names (15 pt), Affiliation & Email (12 pt).
  2. Abstract & Keywords: Max 250 words, followed by 3-6 keywords on the first page.
  3. English Abstract (for Arabic papers): Full English translation of title, authors, affiliation, abstract, and keywords.
  4. Introduction: Background, problem, objectives, hypotheses, significance, and previous studies.
  5. Methodology: Quantitative (design, sample, tools) or Qualitative (approach, credibility, analysis).
  6. Results & Discussion: Objective presentation of findings and critical interpretation referencing literature.
  7. Conclusion: Summarize insights and offer actionable recommendations.
  8. Conflict of Interest: Declaration must be included using the standard form.
  9. References & Citations: The journal strictly adheres to the IEEE referencing style. References must be listed in numerical order of appearance, and all in-text citations must match the final reference list consistently.
