يعرض هدا التقرير حالة امرأة تبلغ من العمر 64 عاما, جاءت إلى عيادة الأسنان بالجامعة الأسمرية الإسلامية بسبب وجود بقع بيضاء شريطية على الغشاء المخاطي للفم, دون وجود أعراض واضحة. تم إجراء الفحص السريري والأنسجة المرضية لتشخيص الحالة بشكل دقيق, وتم تشخيصها بالحزاز المسطح الفموي الشبكي. وقد أوصى بإجراء متابعه دورية منتظمة لمراقبة التغيرات المحتملة وتشخيص أي تحويلات خبيثة في مراحلها المبكرة.
