الملخص

هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن فاعلية التنويم الايحائي في خفض الخوف من التحدث أمام الاخرين ، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث وتساؤلاته ، تم استخدام المنهج شبه التجريبي تصميم الحالة الواحدة ( أ ، ب) ، وتكونت العينة من (3) فتيات تتراوح اعمارهن ما بين (12 إلى 13) عاماً ،وتمثلت أدوات البحث في مقياس LSASI ، للرهاب الاجتماعي، و استراتيجية التنويم الايحائي، وبعد تطبيق المقياس قبلياً مرتين وبعدياً ثلاثة مرات خلال الجلسات، على مجموعة البحث، كشفت النتائج فاعلية التنويم الايحائي في خفض الخوف من التحدث أمام الاخرين، بوجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متوسط درجات الحالات المشاركة في البحث، على مقياس LSASI القبلي والبعدي المتعدد ، تعزى لاستراتيجية التنويم الايحائي .
