DEVELOPMENT OF SECURE E-COMMERCE SYSTEM SUPPORTED WITH ECRM SERVICES

The online transactions have increased significantly throughout the use of web stores and applications. Consequently, this give rise to several security issues that can affect customers’ information and their use of online payments. This paper introduces a study for a secure E-commerce system supported with Electronic Customer Relationship Management (ECRM) services for an online store. The development of the system has taken into consideration the importance of security and ECRM in today’s E-commerce application. The developed system will significantly help to meet the requirements of the customers through providing a wide range of facilities, such as, accessibility, product catalogue, usability, feedback and automated notifications.
