الملخص

الهدف الشامل لبيئة العمل هو تعزيز الأداء وضمان السلامة في مكان العمل أثناء المهام البدنية، مع تقليل الاضطرابات العضلية الهيكلية وإنفاق الطاقة للعامل في نفس الوقت. في الآونة الأخيرة، ظهرت مخاوف بشأن مساهمة قياسات الجسم ليس فقط في مشاكل العضلات والعظام، ولكن أيضًا في انخفاض محتمل في الطاقة وكفاءة العمل. وبالتالي، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف تأثير قوة القبضة القصوى (MGS) على إنفاق طاقة النشاط (AEE) وكفائة العمل. تم إجراء قياسات AEE، التي تم إجراؤها باستخدام Actiheart ، مع 10 أشخاص يقومون بمهمة الحفر في 12 وضعية متداخلة تشمل الكتف والجذع والساق. كشفت النتائج من خلال اختبار t للعينات المستقلة وفروق المتوسطات أن AEE انخفض مع زيادة MGS للمتطوعين. أظهر الأفراد الذين لديهم MGS أعلى انخفاضًا في AEE، مما يشير إلى كفاءة أكبر في أدائهم.
