الملخص

تعمق هذه الدراسة في التحديات التي تواجهها الشركات الصناعية الليبية أثناء تطبيق أنظمة إدارة الجودة (QMS)، وإجراء مقارنات مع حالات مماثلة في بلدان مختلفة. ولتحقيق الأهداف المحددة، تم إجراء مراجعة شاملة للأدبيات لفهم العوائق المرتبطة بتنفيذ نظام إدارة الجودة. وبعد ذلك، تم إجراء استبيان مسحي لجمع البيانات من 32 شركة صناعية. تم إجراء التحليل باستخدام برنامج SPSS، وكشف أنه من بين العوائق الـ 12 التي تم تحديدها، أظهرت ستة عوائق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المتوسط عند مستوى p = 0.05. يشير هذا إلى نقاط ضعف محددة واجهتها الشركات الليبية، بما في ذلك عدم وجود تحسينات ملموسة من الجهود السابقة، وعدم كفاية التزام الموظفين، وعدم كفاية الدعم الحكومي والحوافز والموارد، وعدم التوافق مع رؤية الشركة/رسالتها، ومحدودية الموارد المالية، ونقص المرافق التكنولوجية
