القواعد الفقهية في أجوبة ابن سحنون

اعتني الناس في العقود الأخيرة بعلم القواعد الفقهية فألفوا الكتب العديدة في ذلك ، وتتبعوا تطور هذا العلم على مدار تاريخ الفقه الإسلامي ، فألقت إلينا المطابع ودور النشر عشرات الكتب في هذا الموضوع . ثم اتجه الباحثون المعاصرون إلى استخراج القواعد من بعض الكتب الفقهية في المذاهب المختلفة ، فأحببت أن أسهم بهذه الأوراق في تبيان القواعد الفقهية عند علم من أعلام فقهنا الإسلامي . وأهمية هذه الدراسة تتضح عند ما يعرف القارئ أن صاحب هذا الكتاب عاش في القرن الثالث الهجري ، وأنه من أوائل من صاغ بعض القواعد والضوابط الفقهية .
