The social approach and its dimensions in the poetry of Ahmed Al-Sharif

Abstract

This research aims to introduce the social approach, which is one of the most prominent critical approaches that are concerned with the literary text, by standing on the dimensions of this approach in the poetry of Ahmed Al-Sharif, where the social character has added a semantic aspect that suggests the components of the Libyan society, as it reflects the poet's view of those social issues that he addressed through His poems, where the poet portrayed the Libyan society's view in general of many issues and social, religious, national, flirtatious and other issues and phenomena. This research presented a number of poetic models with explanation and analysis to find out the details of the social curriculum and its dimensions and its impact on the formation of poetic poems, and the aesthetic and artistic value that this approach added, and was reflected in the poems of the poet Ahmed Al-Sharif.
