معوقات تطبيق التجارة الإلكترونية في المصارف التجارية الليبية
دراسة ميدانية على المصارف التجارية العاملة بمدينة الخمس

إن الهدف الرئيس لهذه الدراسة يتمثل في تحديد أهم المعوقات التي تحول دون تطبيق التجارة الإلكترونية في المصارف التجارية وتحديداً المصارف التجارية بمدينة الخمس، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تصميم استمارة استبانة، وذلك استناداً على بعض الدراسات السابقة والإطار النظري في جزيئات موضوع التجارة الإلكترونية، ومن خلال الدراسة الميدانية التي أجريت وما تضمنته من فروض وتحديد لمجتمع الدراسة المتمثل في المهتمين والمسؤولين عن التقنية المصرفية، تم توزيع عدد (80) استمارة استبيان بلغ الصالح منها للتحليل (60) استمارة ، وقد تم التوصل إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها وجود معوقات تتعلق بالمقومات التكنولوجية الخاصة بالتجارة الإلكترونية، وكذلك معوقات تتعلق بسياسة المصارف تجاه العملاء لتطبيق التجارة الإلكترونية في تعاملاتهم.
