الإثباع في اللغة - مقدمة ومعجم

هـذه ظاهرة لغوية قديمة، عرفتها العربية منذ وقت مبكر، وما زالت شائعة ومتداولة ومتوالدة في الوقت الحاضر، على أكثر من صعيد في مستويات التعبير، وفي مختلف اللهجات المحلية؛ لتلبية متطلبات نفسية معينة. وقد استقر (الإتباع) إلى جانب موضوع (الإبدال اللغوي)، منضوياً تحت عباءته وألحق بدراسة موضوعات (الاشتقاق) في جوانبها اللغوية وليس الصرفية(1). وقد خصه طائفة من اللغويين بكتب أو رسائل مستقلة. ومنهم ابن فارس (توفي 395 للهجرة) الذي وضع تأليفاً صغيراً في الإتباع باسم (الإتباع والمزاوجة) نشره المستشرق رودلف بروناو عام 1906(2) ثم نشر مرة أخرى في القاهرة بتحقيق: كمال مصطفى سنة 1947(3) وقد صارت هاتان النشرتان نادرتين.
