دراسة تحليلية على المصارف التجارية بالمنطقة الوسطى

Abstract

This study aims to achieve the effectiveness of banks, their growth and progress, and identify the impact of creative skills on the effectiveness of administrative decision-making, and to identify the level of effectiveness of the administrative decision-making process in commercial banks in the central region. And also to determine the extent to which there are statistically significant differences in the attitudes of managers and their assistants regarding the practice of the administrative decision-making process due to the demographic and occupational variables represented in (age, educational level, years of experience). The researcher used the descriptive analysis approach and a questionnaire sheet as a tool for collecting data. The study concluded that the research community is male, most of whom hold university qualifications, their age and experience are commensurate and appropriate for administrative leadership, but they lack training courses in the fields of bank branches management and the administrative decision-making. I found that there is a statistically significant positive impact on the effectiveness of administrative decisions, due to the management skills of managers of bank branches under study. The low performance of the administrative leadership of the branch managers of the banks under study, strongly affects the effectiveness of the administrative decisions in those banks.
