نظام تحكم باسلوب عتاد محاكاة الواقع قليل التكلفة باستخدام متحكمات دقيقة

أنظمة التحكم الآلي هي تخصصات هندسية غاية في الأهمية. تعلم هذه التخصصات والوصول الى خبرة عالية يتطلب أدوات مناسبة، إحدى هذه الأدوات هي تجهيزات التجارب المعملية. تلك التجهيزات مطلوبة لفهم استراتيجيات التحكم المختلفة وتطبيقاتها وربط النظريات العلمية بالتطبيق العملي. ولكن في بعض الاحيان قد لا يكون من السهل الحصول على مثل هذه التجهيزات لعدة أسباب من هذه الأسباب التكلفة العالية و عدم توفرها في الاسواق. عتاد محاكاة الواقع (HIL) هي طريقة لاستبدال التجهيز لتجربة مطلوب دراستها بعتاد مكافئ مثل جهاز كمبيوتر او متحكم دقيق. في هذا البحث تم استخدام متحكم دقيق ليحل محل نظامين فيزيائيين مختلفين. بالإضافة الى المحاكاة، تم ايضا استخدام متحكم آخر لاستبدال حلقة التحكم، والتي تشمل عقدة الجمع ووحدة التحكم. تم تنفيد المحاكاة للأنظمة وحلقة التحكم الكاملة على المتحكمات الدقيقة باستخدام طريقة معادلة الفرق وطريقة المعادلات التفاضلية كلما كان ذلك ممكنًا. حيث تم الربط بين المتحكمات الدقيقة باستخدام بروتوكول الاتصال التسلسلي و ESP NOW . وتمت مقارنة أداء نظام التحكم مع MATLAB وأظهر دقة عالية جدًا بعد تشغيل المحاكاة بزمن حقيقي بوقت عينة 10 مللي ثانية.
