الملخص

Many design parameters are known to affect the characteristics of a substation grounding system, in terms of its quality and efficiency. The most relevant of these
parameters are soil resistivity, number of meshes within a grounding grid, and the use of grounding rods in the grid. Grounding rods may contribute to quality and efficiency of substations in terms of their dimensions, distribution within the grid, and material. In this study, the effects of the number meshes and grounding rods on the quality and efficiency of Al khoms substation have been investigated.
