About the Journal

The Journal of Alasmarya University for Sharia Sciences is a refereed international scientific journal published by the Center for Scientific Research and Studies at Alasmarya Islamic University, Libya. Established in 2002, the journal serves as a premier scholarly platform for innovative and original research in the fields of Sharia Sciences. The journal operates under a Diamond Open Access model, ensuring that all scientific contributions are available to the global academic community free of charge, with no author publication fees (APCs).

Editorial & Review Standards

All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure academic integrity and scientific excellence. The review process typically takes between two weeks and two months.

The journal is published quarterly (March, June, September, and December). To ensure rapid dissemination, accepted papers are published immediately online upon completion of the review process.

Open Access Policy

In alignment with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), the journal provides immediate and unrestricted access to its content. Researchers and readers are permitted to read, download, copy, and distribute the full texts of all articles for lawful purposes without prior permission, provided the original work is properly attributed. This policy aims to support a greater global exchange of knowledge in Sharia Sciences.
