الملخص

    يهدف هذا البحث إلى استكشاف الأساليب العلاجية المختلفة المصممة لمعالجة مشكلات مثل الاكتئاب، والقلق، والصدمات النفسية، وانخفاض احترام الذات. ويسلط الضوء بشكل خاص على السيكودراما كأداة علاجية قيّمة تساعد الأفراد المصابين باضطراب ما بعد الصدمة على معالجة تجاربهم والتأقلم معها. ويقدم البحث نظرة عامة على طبيعة التجارب الصادمة من منظور اضطراب ما بعد الصدمة، ويشرح الأسس النظرية للسيكودراما، ويناقش كيفية تطبيق هذا النهج في علاج مرضى هذا الاضطراب. ومن خلال ذلك، يساهم هذا البحث في إثراء الأدبيات العلمية الحالية من خلال طرح منظور جديد يقترح السيكودراما كوسيلة تدخل فعالة للأشخاص المتأثرين باضطراب ما بعد الصدمة.
