Female workforce in secondary education in Zliten municipality

Abstract

The female workforce in girls' secondary education institutions is a fundamental pillar of this stage, constituting over 97% of the workforce in these institutions. This is because this stage of education requires that those working in girls' secondary education institutions be women, and societal customs and traditions encourage this. This research examines the workforce in girls' secondary education institutions within the Zliten municipality, to determine its geographical distribution among educational service offices and its extent to which it addresses the shortage in girls' secondary education in the region. Furthermore, empowering women in secondary education is an indicator of societal development and improving the work environment, which serves the quality of secondary education.
