The impact of human capital quality on economic growth. Applied to the Ministry of Manpower in Jufra

This study aims to explore the impact of human capital quality on promoting economic growth, focusing on the workforce in the Al-Jufra region of Libya. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 32 employees at the Labor Office in Al-Jufra and analyzed using SPSS software. The research focused on measuring various dimensions of human capital quality, such as education, training, skills, productivity, innovation, and competitiveness, and how they influence economic growth,The findings revealed a statistically significant positive relationship between human capital quality and economic growth. The study confirmed that continuous training and quality education enhance productivity and innovation, contributing to increased workforce competitiveness. Among the most impactful dimensions, innovation and competitiveness emerged as crucial factors for achieving sustainable economic growth.
