- This license permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, including commercial use, provided that proper credit is given to the original author and source.

2. Author Rights and Responsibilities
2.1 Author Rights (Copyright Transfer):In compliance with DOAJ and Open Access guidelines, the Journal retains copyright. Authors and users are granted broad usage rights under the CC BY 4.0 license.
2.2 Author Responsibilities:- Authors must fully comply with the terms of the CC BY 4.0 license.
- Authors are responsible for securing permissions for any third-party content used within their manuscripts.
3. User Rights and Responsibilities
3.1 User Rights:Users are freely permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles.
3.2 User Responsibilities:- Users must give appropriate credit to the original author(s) and the journal.
- Users must not misrepresent the work or use it in a misleading context that alters the original meaning.
4. Exceptions and Limitations
Some articles may include materials (such as specific images or tables) not covered by the CC BY 4.0 license, which remain subject to the original copyright holder.
Despite the freedoms granted by the license, all uses of the content must uphold the fundamental principles of academic integrity.
