Abstract

The research aims to propose a vision in accordance with the researcher’s vision that will hopefully contribute to strengthening and supporting the role of university leaders in activating educational and guidance programs in Libyan universities to achieve community security, given the importance of the effective role these programs play in strengthening the elements of community cohesion among students And intellectual development related to guidance in a way that preserves social norms and values and is directed towards strengthening belonging and identity, preserving the unity and cohesion of society, and combating and reducing deviant behavior, and everything that threatens community peace and security.
