Personal and Academic Qualities That A Faculty Member Should Have From The Point of View of Students of The Faculty of Arts At Al-Asmariya Islamic University in Zliten.

A field study on a sample of students of the Faculty of Arts at Al-Asmariya Islamic University in Zliten

Abstract

This research aims to know the personal and academic qualities that must be available to a faculty member from the point of view of the students of the Faculty of Al. asmariya Islamic University. The cuademic year2024.2025AD, as the research community included all students of the Faculty of Atrs at AL.Asmariya Islamic University. The research relied on sample of 70 male and female students, randomly selected from all departments of the Faculty of Arts at Al.asmariya Islamic University. The research relied on a scale of numbers by Abbadi 2021to collect information. The questionnaire consisted of two dimensions; the first dimension is personal qualities and the second dimension is academis qualities that must be available to a faculty member. Lt consisted 40 paragaaphs and was presented to a group of specialists in the field of education and psychology ,where some paragraphs were modified and some were deleted based on the arbitrators. The  puestionnaire was in its final formulation, as it contained 39 paragraphs that included two dimensions; personal qualities and academic qualities of a university faculty member.The research reached the following results; The most important qualities that a faculty member must have are; From the point of view of the students of the Faculty of Arts at AL.asmaria Islamic University, it was represented in; High morals, Likeable personality- Respectful of community values and customs-Accepts students,opinions-Calmness-Flexibility-Sobriety-Self-confidence
