The level of psychological well-being among teachers of special needs centers in Zliten

Abstract

The present research aims to identify the level of psychological well-being among teachers of special education centers for people with disabilities in Zliten. It also seeks to explore the differences in psychological well-being levels among the sample based on the variables (gender, center, years of experience). The researchers adopted a descriptive method for this study. The sample consisted of 63 male and female teachers, and a questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. The research reached the following conclusions: The level of psychological well-being among the sample members was high, There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological well-being among the sample members according to the variable (gender), There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological well-being among the sample members according to the variable (center), There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological well-being among the sample members according to the variable (years of experience).
