Abstract

This study aimed to identify the impact of information technology on improving the administrative decision-making process in the organization under study. The research problem lies in answering two main questions: What is the impact of information technology on improving the administrative decision-making process, and are there statistically significant differences in the average responses of the study sample regarding the impact of information technology on improving the administrative decision-making process in the organization under study, according to certain personal and functional variables? The study employed a descriptive-analytical approach, given its importance in achieving its objectives. The study population consisted of the company's administrative staff, numbering (30). Due to the small size of the population, a comprehensive survey method was used, and data was collected through a questionnaire designed for this purpose and distributed to the study sample of (30) individuals. Based on their responses, statistical analysis was conducted, hypotheses were tested, and conclusions and recommendations were reached. One of the most important findings of the study is that communication has a positive and statistically significant impact on improving administrative decisions. The correlation coefficient was 0.662, indicating a relatively strong relationship. The results also showed that technological devices contribute significantly to accelerating data collection and accurate analysis, which supports informed decision-making.
