Academic Achievement Motivation Among Faculty Members Department of Education and Psychology at the Faculty of Arts at AL-asmarya University

Abstract

The research aims to know the level of motivation for academic achievement among faculty members in the department of education and psychology at the faculty of Arts, Zliten. It also aims to reveal statistically significant differences in the level of academic achievement motivation among faculty members in the department of education and psychology at the faculty of Arts, Zliten, according to the gender variable and the years of experience variable. The descriptive survey method was used in this research, and the research consisted of all 28 members of the teaching staff in the department of education and psychology at the faculty of Arts, Zliten. The researcher also relied on the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data. After statistical processing using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), the research reached the following results: The level of achievement motivation among faculty members in the department of education and psychology at the Faculty of Arts, Zliten, was above average.There are no statistically significant differences in the level of achievement motivation among faculty members according to the gender variable.There are no statistically significant differences in the level of achievement motivation among faculty members according to the years of experience  variable.
