This research aims to study the ongoing hostile relationship between the foreign occupation authorities of the Libyan regions at the end of ancient history and the beginning of medieval history with the Libyan tribes in eastern, western and southern Libya, and to identify the geographical and ethnographic implications and determine the geopolitics of the Roman, Vandal and Byzantine occupation authority over the Libyan regions and the associated transformations of the stages. Historical expansion of the borders of the occupier or Libyan tribes or the retreat and decline of the borders of this or that party.
