The coins that discovered in Leptis Magna and in its environs of territories range in date from the late Third and the middle of the Second centuries B.C. In this research, the researcher relied on the descriptive-analytical approach, which led to significant results, that the sites of discovered coins in the region were similar topographically despite their geographical differences. Forthermore, they coincided historically with sites of Carthagian-Punic and Roman settlements, and politically with the period of the rule of King Massinissa and some of his successors after him, between the late Third and the middle of the Second centuries B.C.
