Abstract

The study aimed to identify the stressful life situations of the faculty members of the Asma University of The Faculty of Education Innedja and to try to identify if there are statistically significant differences between "female males" on the measure of the stressed life situations in question, the two researches used the descriptive inference method, The study sample consisted of (60) faculty members of which (30) male and (30) females ranged in age (35 45) years, the study tools were to questionnaire the stressful life situations of (preparation of researchers), used Statistical methods of arithmetic averages, standard deviations and "T" test The results of the study resulted in the presence of psychological pressures represented after social pressures and was the head of the difficulty in conducting social visits and social networking, the lack of interest of all family members and their intolerance and fun, as well as the lack of suitability of their ambitions for the subjects they study and the low administrative level of the scientific department, and that there are statistical differences between males and females to reconcile females in the distance of personal pressures and the absence of d difference between males and females in professional pressures
