الملخص

كل البيانات/المعلومات التاريخية، والآثارية، والجيولوجية، والإيكولوجية القديمة المتوفرة حول مواقع الإقامة البشرية في البليستوسين الأعلى في ليبيا قد أعيد جمعها، وتركيبها في محاولة تهدف إلى توفير صورة بانورامية، وقاعدة أساسية للبحث التاريخي، والآثاري. ترتكز على منظور إيكولوجي-ثقافي، يسعى إلى رؤية التقلبات المناخية في بيئة الدهر الرباعي، وأثرها على حياة الصيادين-الجامعين في ليبيا، وكذلك، دراسة بعض الصلات البين-ثقافية بين مواقع الإقامة البشرية في ليبيا مع نظيراتها الصحراوية-الساحلية والشرق أبيضية المتوسطية. وعلى كل؛ فإن توفر التواترات الاستراتيجرافية، والمواد الصنعية القادمة من كهف هوى أفطيح في الجبل الأخضر، وكهف وان أفودا في الأكاكوس، وبعض المواقع في الجبل الغربي/جبل نفوسة أرضية خصبة لذلك، حيث يمكن تتبع نقاط تشابه، واختلافات إقليمية، مع ربطها بالميكانيزمات الايكولوجية، والتقنية للتحول الثقافي/الاقتصادي.
