Profession pressure and its relationship to some variables among members of university teaching staff

A competitive study between teaching staff members of Faculty of arts and the Faculty of sciences at Alasmarya Islamic University

Abstract

 The educational process in the college aims to prepare students scientifically, and  provide them with information, knowledge, community morals and values. The university teaching profession also aims to prepare them to face the requirements of life, overcome problems that face them, whether at the academic or other level, and give them a great deal of adaptation. Since achieving these goals must have a kind of pressure among members of the university teaching staff that would adversely affect them, and the extent to which they achieve their desired goals, and because the researchers are  members of the teaching staff of the faculty of arts, they felt the problem and aimed to study it scientificly to know its causes and reach the most important scientific results associated with it.
