The CO-Integration Test Between Inflation And Unemployment Rates In Libya Economy From1991 To 2023

The current research analyses the co-integration relationship between the inflation and unemployment rates in Libya economy over the period 1991 – 2023, co-integration approach was adopted in this research by using Engel-Granger method and error correction method to identify the co-integration relationship between inflation and unemployment rates in the long and short term and their directions. The study resulted that there is no relationship between inflation and unemployment rates in the long and short term.
