Writing Formats
The author must adhere to the following guidelines while writing the article:
- Publication in the journal shall be in one of the Arabic or English languages, with an Arabic abstract of the articles published in English and an English abstract of the articles published in Arabic should be attached.
- The article shall be sent to the journal from a complete electronic copy stored in the form of a Microsoft Word file (.docx), printed on white paper (A4), with single line spacing, with a top and bottom margin (3.5 cm) and a right and left margin (2.5 cm) for each.
- The number of article pages submitted for publication should not exceed 20 pages, including graphics, images, tables, and a list of references.
- Arabic writing in Traditional Arabic font size of 14 for the text and 18 for the title of the paper, using a font size of 16 for the main headings and a font size of 14 italics for the sub-headings, and the English writing in Times New Roman font size of 12 for the text and 16 for the title of the paper, with the use of the font size 14 for the main headings and the font size 14 Italic for subheadings.
- The editorial board reserves the right to return the article to an introduction to improve the wording or to make any changes, including deletion or addition, in line with the scientific bases and terms of publication in the journal. It also reserves the right to delete or reformulate some sentences or words in line with its publishing style without reference to the author.
- Write the abstract, then the keywords, then the introduction, and then the rest of the article items.
- The tables are placed in the context of the body of the article after they are mentioned in the body of the article. The titles of the tables are written and numbered from the top (above the table) respectively according to their arrival in the article, and each of them is referred to in the same sequence as the need for them in the following context in the body of the article.
- The figures are placed in the context of the article body after they are mentioned in the article body. The titles of the figures are written and numbered from the bottom (bottom of the figure) respectively according to their occurrence in the article, and each of them is referred to in the same sequence as the need for them in the following context in the article body.
- Photographs are submitted within the article after they are mentioned in the body of the article, provided that they express their content accurately and are numbered and provided with clear and accurate titles at the bottom (below the image), and each of them is referred to in the same sequence as the need for them in the following context in the body of the article.
- The equations are written using the equation editor, provided that the equations are numbered in sequence according to their receipt during the article and this number is placed in parentheses in front of the equation, provided that the equation is attached with a definition of the symbols used and their units (SI units).
- If the bottom margins are used to refer to sources or to additional information from different sources, the margins are numbered on each page individually. The sources are arranged alphabetically according to the author's title in the reference list.
- If the article is written in Arabic, it must contain the title of the article in English with the name of the author/s, address/es, e-mail/s, abstract, and keywords in English, and it should be placed at the end of the article on a single page, and vice versa.
References
The references are documented in the body and list of references of the article using the method of the American Psychological Association (APA), provided that the sources are arranged alphabetically in the reference list. Link
