Publishing Terms
Scientific articles submitted for publication are required to fulfill the following:
- The article submitted for publication is required to not have been published before, to be innovative, original, and serious, to address some of the issues of the stage that need research and investigation within the scope of the journal’s specialization, and to constitute a qualitative addition in its specialization have originality, depth, and correctness of style, committed to the values and standards of scientific research, especially to avoid insulting and exposing others.
- The scientific method must be taken into account in writing an article submitted for publication, using sources and references in a correct scientific manner, and arranging information in one format in the article, and if there are complements to the article from maps or tables, they should be in their original form.
- It is required that the article has not been previously published or submitted to another party, and the corresponding author bears responsibility for any name mentioned in the article or any objection about the names, and the corresponding author must submit a written acknowledgment of that when submitting the article.
- An article submitted for publication in the journal may not be sent for publication to any other party unless it is rejected by the journal and after the corresponding author has been notified of this in writing by the managing editor.
- The corresponding author is informed of the result of his article evaluation after the completion of his arbitration within 1-2 months, and the article suitable for publication is subject to the journal’s policy in coordinating its arrangement, and at the time of its publication.
- The number of pages of the article submitted for publication should not exceed 20 pages, including the drawings, pictures, tables, and a list of references.
- Adherence to scientific and professional controls and standards in scientific research, taking into account the adherence to the writing conditions specified by the journal’s editorial board.
- The title of the article and all data related to the author/s, such as the name and work destination of the author/s, and the e-mail of the corresponding author, shall be mentioned on the first page in Arabic and English accompanied by the abstract, provided that it does not exceed one page, and that it is also in both Arabic and English.
- The scientific article is sent after it is written in the prepared journal template (Word Template) to the journal’s e-mail.
- All property rights related to the article are transferred to the journal in the event of its publication in accordance with the copyright statement signed by the corresponding author when sending the article.
- The corresponding author is obligated to provide evidence that he obtained licenses and legal procedures for the supplies, tools, programs, and documents he used in his article if requested by the editorial board.
