تطبيق نموذج التحليل المعرفي للاعتمادية والأخطاء (CREAM) لتقدير احتمالية الخطأ البشري أثناء عمليات إطفاء حريق غرفة الماكينات على متن السفن

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تطبيق نموذج التحليل المعرفي للاعتمادية والأخطاء (CREAM) لتقدير احتمالية الخطأ البشري أثناء عمليات إطفاء حريق غرفة الماكينات على متن السفن، وذلك في ضوء الأهمية المتزايدة للعوامل البشرية داخل العمليات البحرية الحرجة، خاصة أثناء الاستجابة للطوارئ المرتبطة بحرائق غرفة الماكينات. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم تحليل إجراءات إطفاء الحريق إلى مجموعة من المهام الرئيسية والفرعية باستخدام أسلوب تحليل المهام الهرمي (HTA)، ثم تقييم شروط الأداء المشتركة (CPCs) المؤثرة على أداء الطاقم أثناء تنفيذ إجراءات الإطفاء. كما تم تطبيق النموذج الأساسي والممتد لنموذج CREAM بهدف تحديد أوضاع التحكم المعرفي وتقدير احتمالية الخطأ البشري (HEP) للخطوات التشغيلية المختلفة أثناء الاستجابة للحريق. وأظهرت النتائج وجود تفاوت واضح في مستويات احتمالية الخطأ البشري بين مراحل الاستجابة المختلفة، حيث ارتفعت احتمالية الخطأ بصورة أكبر في المهام المرتبطة بعزل منطقة الحريق، وغلق أنظمة التهوية، والتنسيق بين أفراد الطاقم، وتنفيذ عمليات مكافحة الحريق تحت ضغط الوقت والظروف التشغيلية المعقدة. وأوضحت النتائج أن جودة الاتصال، ومستوى التدريب، وتوافر الموارد والمعدات، تمثل عوامل مؤثرة بصورة مباشرة على كفاءة الأداء البشري أثناء الطوارئ. وأكدت الدراسة أن نموذج CREAM يوفر إطارًا فعالًا لتحليل العلاقة بين الأداء البشري والسياق التشغيلي داخل البيئات البحرية عالية الخطورة، كما يساعد على تحديد المهام الأكثر عرضة للخطأ البشري، بما يدعم تطوير برامج التدريب وتحسين إجراءات السلامة والاستجابة للطوارئ على متن السفن.
