الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى رصد السالمونيلا في بيض المائدة حيث جمعت العينات من خمس مناطق ببلدية زليتن لتقصي وجود السالمونيلا في البيض من حيث المحتوى الميكروبي وصلاحيتها كمنتج غذائي، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اجريت مجموعة من التحاليل الميكروبية والتي شملت الكشف عن السالمونيلا. واستخدمت الاوساط الزراعية في تنمية بكتيريا السالمونيلا (Salmonella ) ومن الاوساط المستخدمة هي(XLD) حضنت الاطباق بدرجة ⁰37م لمدة 24ساعة ثم اخذت المستعمرات المثالية لبكتيريا السالمونيلا(Salmonella ) وزرعت في انابيب الاختبار الكاشفة (TSI)، وحضنت بدرجة حرارة ⁰37م لمدة 24ساعة، وأظهرت النتائج ان نسبة وجود السالمونيلا في العينات قيد الدراسة (20%)، بينما نسبة (80%) من العينات خالية من السالمونيلا، حيث حدد نوع واحد من جنس السالمونيلا في المجموعة الرابعة من العينات قيد الدراسة وهو S.Typhimurium.
