Work Stress Among Faculty Members at the College of Human Sciences – Women، Zliten City

Abstract

The research aimed to identify work pressures among faculty members at the College of Humanities for Girls in Zliten. It aims to know the presence of psychological، physical، sensory، and emotional pressures، as well as to know whether these pressures were due to gender، specialization، or academic degree. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach، and the sample consisted of two faculty members at the college. The most important results were the presence of an average level of work pressures among faculty members at the College of Humanities for Girls، as well as a low level of psychological، physical، and social pressures among trainee members. They also showed the presence of an impact of psychological، physical، and social pressures  on female faculty members college، and there are no pressure to their interaction with female students. There are also no statistically significant individual differences in work pressures among faculty members at the college due to the variable of gender or academic degree.
