Physical education between theory and practice in the basic education stage in the city of Khoms - Kaam region

Abstract

Through this research, the researchers knew the reality of physical education for basic education schools in the Kaam area in the city of Khoms and identified the pros and cons facing school physical education, the descriptive approach was used in the survey method to suit the nature of the research, and the researcher used a questionnaire benefiting from previous studies, and the questionnaire consisted of four main axes with (44) items, and the results of the research reached through the statistics of the sample's opinions to the poor quality of the physical education lesson as a result of the lack of capabilities, tools and sports equipment in addition to the lack of Availability of security and safety factors when using alternative tools in schools, and there is a reluctance for some students to participate in the physical education lesson.
